System Education I.T. Worx consistently affirm HDI’s and intend to ensure that employee base reflects the demographics of this country’s population.  It is the ideal of our shareholders to ensure the transformation of our industry to integrate every part of the South African society.

Systems Education I.T. Worx supports black economic empowerment by submitting proposals and tenders with 100 % Black owned companies.  Systems Education I.T. Worx believe that we are well positioned to help disadvantaged black people to acquire the skills that can effectively expose them to the opportunities provided by the black economic empowerment programmes.  Our policy on the issue of black empowerment is to provide training and skills to disadvantaged youths in various vocational IT training programmes as well as helping them to get job placements in suitable organizations.
